Growth equity can be a challenging part of the market for corporate clients to grow their companies and raise capital at the same time. Many companies in the new energy and clean technology sector have complex stories to tell. At the same time, capital is being attracted to the sector from an increasingly wide range of investors. We can help you access the most experienced clean-tech investors in the sector, and we can get your story distilled for generalist investors new to the space. We are flexible in our approach to raising capital – we have no minimum or maximum deal size, and we are experienced in both private and public capital raises. We have strong relationships with all the UK broking community, as well as the major accounting, legal and PR firms, and are comfortable working alongside your existing advisers where necessary. Our structure means that we are selective in the mandates that we take on, and that we will work in partnership with you.
We also have strong relationships with EIS and VCT investment community, which can be a critical source of capital for our cleantech clients when assessing fundraising options. We can help you access US and European SPAC capital and advise you on navigating the SPAC process from our own recent experience.
